Hello! We are 

Michael and Courtney Weaver

We are a Midwest married couple, born and raised in small Missouri towns. We've been in the insurance and financial services industry for over a decade and created Weaver Sales Academy after almost 2 years of consulting agents.

 

 What we noticed during my time in the industry was that agents needed processes and systems. They needed business mentorship, tangible activities to implement each daily, and most of all they needed their time back. 

That is where our passion lies: being able to coach and train agency teams to make the most out of this opportunity and truly have fulfillment and success in what they do.

 

We teach simplistic processes, activities and conversations that are duplicatable and consistent, so agents can implement the major foundational pieces of a successful agency and make it their own.

 

When we are not leading our team or coaching other insurance professionals, we love to travel!

 

We've been married for over 11 years and we share a passion for traveling and seeing the world and all it has to offer.

 

When we aren’t traveling or working on our businesses, we are keeping our mini-zoo of 2 dogs and a cat alive, cruising on the lake, catching live music or comedy gigs or throwing back a glass or two of whiskey or local craft beer.
